CapaSystems A/S acquire PremiTech A/S
CapaSystems A/S today announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire PremiTech A/S, developer of the award winning Performance Guard™ solution and the market leader in system management software from the end user perspective.
The acquisition strengthens CapaSystems portfolio in the area of System Management by adding the Performance Guard™ end user perspective to the existing CapaInstaller® solutions palette.
